We Value Our Employees

We believe in the success of our company and our employees. After (1) year of employment, we encourage our employees to join our ABC Apprenticeship Program where they can take trade specific classes at HCC and earn their Journeyman License. These classes are paid for by COX Electric!

At this school, they will spend 4 years gaining the knowledge, technical skills, and practical experience needed to succeed in the electrical industry while completing 8,000 hours of on-the-job-training. Through this process, we have had 9 employees graduate and pass the test to receive their Journeyman License and 5 pass the test and earn a Master Electrician License!
